Augmented, On-Demand Staff & Workforces

for Startups.

Considerations

  • Culture Fit— Even with augmented remote staff and workforces, you still have to consider company culture. Without culture-fit, efficiency and productivity will not be optimal. Luckily for our partners and clients, this is a specialty for SBCPH's.
  • Cost & Expense Structure— We will come together on an understanding of what is the best way capitalize or otherwise pay for the work that our teams will do. The structure must be appropriate to the startup company's demanding timelines, priorities, and contingencies.
  • Strategic Position— In many cases, hiring a remote team isn't as much about cost-efficiency as it is a strategic option. For example, while an engineer or hacker squad "takes a break" at the office (to sleep for a few hours), they can delegate out to their comrades off-site to complete certain milestones while they're recharging.
  • Shared Goals— Ultimately, we want our clients and partners to do well. Their success is ours. If they're trying to raise a round, and we know it's up to our off-site, remote sales team to beef up numbers for the next few months, then we come up with ways to incentivize the guys and gals offshore, to make the client and partner's goals and targets visceral.
